Reasons for the script
I create documents based on different data. I tried to use Template-based programms. But most of some are HTML/XML based, but I need LaTeX.
So I tried my own Template system for TeX-documents. But in the end, the templates become more compley then my programms.
I detected tag.rb of moonwolf to to create HTML-documents. I liked the interface, but not the lack of validation. So I extended it for my uses (a version is pubished in the german Ruby-Forum
This script for HTML increased my productivity in creating HTML documents. In the same time my problems I creating TeX document increased also. So I decided to build a Document generator, producing HTML or TeX. The interface of my script isn't perfect, but sometimes the differences of TeX and HTML are to big to make an ideal solution.

- Additional output formats are possible.
- A check control the makros for complettnes.
- HTML-Tags are mapped to TeX-Macros (if reasonable)
